ChatGPT: The AI Writing Assistant for Complicated Trading Scripts on TradingView
As a trader, you are constantly looking for ways to improve your strategies and stay ahead of the market. One tool that has helped me in my trading journey is ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence writing assistant. In this article, I will share my experience with ChatGPT and how it has helped me write complicated scripts for TradingView, a popular platform for technical analysis and automated trading.
I first discovered ChatGPT while searching for ways to streamline my script-writing process on TradingView. As a self-taught trader, I often struggled to come up with the right formula or syntax for certain indicators or strategies. That’s where ChatGPT came in.
With ChatGPT, I was able to input my ideas and have the AI writing assistant generate the script for me. It was like having a coding expert by my side, helping me turn my ideas into working scripts.
One of the scripts I wrote with the help of ChatGPT was a custom Moving Average crossover strategy. This script uses two moving averages, one fast and one slow, to generate buy and sell signals. With ChatGPT’s assistance, I was able to customize the moving averages and fine-tune the parameters to fit my trading style.
