Living in a big city can be Exciting , but it can also be overwhelming. The hustle and bustle of city life can take its toll on our physical and mental health, and one of the most significant Factors contributing to this toll is noise.

Noise pollution is a growing problem in urban areas, and studies have shown that exposure to excessive noise can have a significant impact on our well-being. In this article , We’ll explore the psychological toll of living in a noisy city and some strategies to mitigate its effects.
